"A careful one," Ulysse counters, lips twitching in a faint smile before he resumes poking at his gumbo. "Everyone's capable of losing control. You just happen to be more dangerous than others when you do, like most bouncers are. I don't think it's such a bad thing for the boss to check their bouncer to make sure things don't go too far, right?"
He sets down his spoon and fixes Rook with an intent stare. "I'm trusting you to look after my bar. I don't see a problem in you trusting me to look after you in turn."
Jay snorts and shakes his head, both hands now on the wheel and eyes ahead. "I'm scum, but I don't shame people for their biological shortcomings," he reassures Sean. "So long as you don't go and be an idiot drinking yourself under the table despite knowing you're a lightweight."
He's only partially joking, there, because if there's one thing he and his brother share in common is that they don't suffer fools.
Aidan's never put much thought into how his body looks and it really wasn't until he got with Kai that someone made it clear a lifetime of living in and out of the water and then working as a nurse constantly helping the orderlies with lifting patients in and out of beds has left him with an aesthetically pleasing figure. Even now, he doesn't know or bother to tease, simply shrugging with an amused huff as he shucks off his bottoms, underwear and all.
"I'm sure I don't know what you mean," he murmurs, though the quick smile he flashes Kai would imply otherwise. Then he moves closer to the bed and crawls up it to his lover, admiring how the sun is playing over his golden skin, making those darkened eyes still glow as they draw him in. "You're the tease, here," he continues as he crouches over Kai, lowering his head to brush his lips along a jutting hip bone.
"Yeah, it is, so put it all in already," Kimi grumbles, though his voice goes a bit higher in register when Despil's tongue teases at pushing into him again. Yes, he's impatient, but Despil's never complained about it. If anything, the asshole seems to enjoy that about him, probably because it's just another sign of how Kimi wants him so much.
Hands coming down to comb through the mess of brown hair, releasing it from its tie and burying deep within the curving locks, scraping across Aidan's scalp indulgently.
"I feel teased," Kai murmurs, laughing under his breath, his legs and hips squirming as Aidan's beard tickles his skin. "I suppose you're something of a stealth pest, my love."
"Maybe I learned from the best," Aidan scoffs. His lips curve in a fond smile as he feels Kai squirm under him. His hands move to start stroking up along the man's long legs, warm and adoring as they're grasped at the thigh and spread to make more room for Aidan.
Tempting as it is for Aidan to stay low and maybe blow Kai, they've both been rather patiently greedy for each other. He decides to be nice and instead shifts up along Kai's body, pressing soft, sucking kisses along the man's golden skin all the way until their lips can finally meet.
